TRACK YOUR ORDER

To ensure that your order placed on ILAINI's online store (ilaini.com.pe) arrives correctly and on time, it is essential that you provide accurate information when completing your purchase. If the data entered is incorrect or incomplete, any inconvenience that arises, including the possible cancellation of the order, will be the customer's responsibility.
Home Delivery:
Products will be delivered directly to the address provided by the customer.
Shipping Providers:
We use Olva Courier services for all our deliveries within the national territory.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery Time:
Standard delivery time is 2 to 7 business days, depending on the customer's location within the national territory. In exceptional cases, delivery time may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or interruptions in courier service.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping to all departments and provinces of Peru: S/25.00
- Shipping within the city of Arequipa: S/10.00
Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on orders over S/250.00
Customers can choose to pick up their orders at our physical stores or designated warehouses. This option is free and orders will be ready for pickup within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Customers will receive an email notification when their order is ready to be picked up.
All orders placed through ILAINI include a tracking number. Once the order has been shipped, this number is sent to the customer by email, allowing them to monitor the status of their shipment through the Olva Courier website.
Delivery Issues:
ILAINI also continuously tracks all shipped orders to ensure they arrive at their destination within the agreed time. However, delivery may not be completed due to the following circumstances: The delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete, making it impossible to locate. No one is found at the address to receive the order at the time of delivery. If any of these issues occur, ILAINI will contact the customer to coordinate a new delivery date. Any additional costs arising from rescheduling the delivery will be assumed by the customer.
