Therefore, we have established an exchange and return policy, applicable to purchases made on our digital platforms or physical points of sale within the national territory. Exchanges can be processed for: factory defects or for size or color adjustments, within 15 days and are subject to stock availability, associated costs and exclusions for products on sale, thus ensuring a fair process for our customers.

The customer must go to any of our establishments with: the physical product and the payment receipt. Our team will evaluate the condition of the product at the time of the visit.
